Herlene Budol had a meeting with GMA Executives
Binibining Pilipinas 2022 First Runner-up Herlene Budol met with the executives of the Kapuso network and reportedly she will star in a series.
Herlene’s career in showbiz is taking a good path. From being a contestant on veteran host Willie Revillame’s game show, she became a guest host until she became a regular host.
She also ventured into beauty pageants and it was a fulfilling journey for her. Herlene also starred in a YouTube series, her first leading lady role with Joseph Marco as her leading man.
Based on the article in the Philippine Entertainment Portal, the actress-beauty queen, together with her manager Wilbert Tolentino had a meeting with Sparkle executive Joy Marcelo and Senior Vice President ng GMA-7 na si Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes.
The GMA executive shared photos taken during the meeting. “And…that’s a wrap! #tgif #endoftheweek #itstheweekend,” Guzon wrote in the caption of her post.
Based on PEP’s source, there was no contract signing that happened yet between the actress and the GMA management. However, reportedly, there is a TV series lining up for her. Entertainment columnist Gorgy Rula said that they heard some pieces of information about what Herlene will do but there is no confirmation.
The columnist said that if this project will push through, it will be a big challenge for Herlene because she will be joined by prominent stars. Rula added that as of now, there is no information yet about the onscreen partner of Helene Budol in this project.
Wilbert Tolentino shared a post about the meeting that they had with GMA executives. He said that his “alaga” will have upcoming projects. “From teleseryes, movies, tv shows at music!” the talent manager revealed. Herlene’s manager also thanked all the supporters of the celebrity in her pageant journey. “Because we know for herself that she is uniquely Kapuso with projects,” he said.
