Solaire Resort and Casino is undeniably one of the high-end places in the Philippines. This place features signature dining restaurants like Finestra Italian Steakhouse, Yakumi, Red Lantern, and Kiwa.
It also has casual dining restaurants like Waterside, Lucky Noodles, Solaire Food Court, Oasis Garden Cafe, Solaire Pool Bar and Grill, and The Patisserie. And one of these casual dining places is the Fresh buffet.
This place is located at G/F Solaire Resort & Casino, 1 Asean Avenue Entertainment City 1701 Parañaque, Philippines and they boast Exhibition Kitchens featuring Japanese, Korean, Filipino, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.
Guests also get to choose from their wide selections of bread, appetizers, pastries, steaks, kinds of pasta, seafood, and more. There is also a wide variety of juices, cocktails, and mocktails to complete their Fresh experience.

Based on their website, their signature dishes or the must-try dishes are Lobster Thermidor, Beef Bulalo, Sisig, Four Cheese Pizza With Truffle Oil, Kani Salad, California Maki, and Solaire Chocolate Cake.
They also have stations where guests can make their own salad according to their own taste and preference and a station to roast different kinds of beef where the meats are imported from the United States and Australia.
