Man Punched by Debtor Neighbor for Allegedly Collecting Payment Early in Cavite
A raging debtor punched his neighbor in the face after he allegedly came early to collect money as payment for his debt in Cavite.
In Naic, Cavite, a 32-year-old man was struck in the face by a neighbor who was enraged by his nephew’s early debt collection. Leonard Bryan Aydalla, a young guy from Phase 4, Ciudad Nuevo, Barangay Sabang, Naic, is being treated for a facial wound at the General Emilio Aguinaldo Hospital.

Meanwhile, the suspect, Arcenio Medina, 34, a young man from the same barangay’s Phase 4, Ciudad Nuevo, was apprehended, based on the report of P/SSg. Rodrigo Veloso III of the Naic Police Station. The victim went to the suspect’s house in the morning to collect payment from his nephew.
However, Medina called Aydalla as he was ready to leave, and the two were having a fierce quarrel. After exchanging heated comments for a few minutes, the latter punched the victim in the face.
Thankfully, the victim was able to flee and seek assistance from their Homeowners Association, which led to the suspect’s arrest. The suspect allegedly died as a result of the victim’s early collection of a debt from his nephew.
Meanwhile, a debt collector was arrested after pretending to be robbed after losing money to E-Sabong or an online cockfight. After reportedly gambling and losing the money received from the loan to online sabong, a man in Mangaldan, Pangasinan claimed to be a victim of embezzlement.
Two individuals allegedly robbed him and took all of the money he had collected, according to the suspect’s story. He even displayed a scar left by the suspects on his body.
The police discovered, however, that he just scratched himself to cover up the scar. Reyes, on the other hand, insisted on being captured and was only forced to admit that the money had been squandered through gaming.
