An online shopping customer airs his frustration online after a courier company allegedly canceled her order and claimed that she is dead.

For a seamless and convenient transaction, many individuals prefer to shop online. However, in order to please clients, shipping and courier companies must secure the safety of the items. Employees that deliver packages must also do it in a timely manner in order to avoid negative feedback.

An unhappy consumer from an online buying site vents her frustrations on Facebook to a courier business. The courier firm canceled her order, which she had been anticipating for quite some time, based on her post.
Her account was also marked as “dead,” which was the cause for the termination. However, she claims that she is still alive and that she is simply waiting for her package to arrive at their home.
She lambasted the delivery business ‘Entrego’ for making fraudulent claims as a result. Her dissatisfaction with the courier service has gone viral on social media. The incident has also elicited reactions from the online community.
