Here’s what Jolina Magdangal shared about Rico Yan
Magandang Buhay host Jolina Magdangal revealed that the late Rico Yan used to sing this rhyme to her.
Jolina and Rico worked together in youth-oriented show Gimik and were among the most popular young artists at that time. During a recent episode of Jolina’s morning talk show with Karla Estrada and Melai Cantiveros, Rico was mentioned.
The Mamshies were talking about their insecurities when it comes to their body parts, based on the article in Bandera. Melai said that she avoided wearing shorts and short skirts in the past because her legs were too thin.
This has been her insecurity but this changed when she started her showbiz career by joining Pinoy Big Brother.
Then, Jolina Magdangal shared the same insecurity. She said, “Ako naman nasa bandang legs din.
Jolina added that it was also Rico who told her to love that part of her body as it was sign of people who are sporty. The TV host said with jest that it was not because of doing sports but because of “kakabunot”.
For Mamshie Karla, it is her legs also because she said that she has always been a “pata” girl. When she was slimmer, her legs were already big. Thankfully, there was one sports that she likes that help her legs to have a better form.
