Is Emma Watson ready to let go of her acting career?
Hollywood actress Emma Watson is reportedly retiring from acting and a source tells entertainment news site that this is her alleged reason.
Emma has been in the entertainment industry since she was nine years old. Practically, she grew up with her iconic role Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movie series. She also caught the attention of movie critics with her remarkable performance as Belle in Beauty and the Beast.
The latest movie that she did was Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of “Little Women.” Based on the article in Page Six, the alleged hiatus of 30-year old actress came after her “rocky road” following her last movie.
During the promotion events of the movie, Emma’s representative said that she will not be doing the press tour and will just appear on the day of the premiere and so this happened. “We don’t really know what happened, if she wasn’t happy with the movie or fell out with the cast,” a movie source told Page Six.
On the other hand, an article in Daily Mail UK stated that a source the actress has gone “dormant” when it comes to acting to spend time with her rumored fiancé Leo Robinton. They have been dating for 18 months now.
“Emma has gone underground, she is settling down with Leo. They’re laying low. Maybe she wants a family,” Daily Mail’s source said.
Reportedly, the couple secretly lived in Ibiza but the Emma Watson is now in LA and as photographed last month. Her agent confirmed that she is not taking new commitments.
