PAGASA – Weather bureau PAGASA has recently issued an 11 AM Weather Advisory for this day, February 24, 2021 (Wednesday).

According to the weather bulletin from the state weather bureau, the effects of the Tail-End of a Frontal System or the shear line has weakened.

However, there will be scattered rain showers that may still prevail over mainland Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, and Aurora due to the said weather system.

The bureau’s Regional Services Divisions will issue local thunderstorm/rainfall advisories in their respective areas of responsibility as appropriate.

Based on the website, with this development, this will be the last weather advisory to be issued for this period of time,

Again, for the forecast wind and coastal water condition, Extreme Northern Luzon will face moderate to strong winds that are moving in the northeast direction while facing moderate to rough coastal waters.

The rest of Luzon will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the southeast to northeast direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

Visayas and Mindanao will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the east to northeast direction while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
