PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day February 15, 2021 (Monday).

The 4 AM update from the state weather bureau says that the Tail-end of a Frontal System is affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon and Visayas, while the northeast monsoon is affecting the rest of Luzon.

According to the official website, the Tail-end of a Frontal System will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and Northern Mindanao.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur due to moderate with at times heavy rains.

The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

The rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Based on the website, for the forecast wind and coastal water condition, Luzon will face moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to north direction, while facing moderate coastal waters.

Visayas will face light to moderate winds that are also moving in the northeast to north direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.

Mindanao will face light to moderate winds that are also moving in the northeast to northwest direction, while facing slight to moderate coastal waters.
