The San Mig Coffee Mixers defeated the Petron Blaze Boosters in the Game 7 of the PBA Governors Cup Finals on Friday, October 25, 2013 with the final score at 87-77.
The Coffee Mixers rallied in the fourth quarter of the game as the Boosters struggled on the final minutes of the game. Petron’s import Elijah Millsap failed to convert in the final few possessions of Petron as he made two straight turn-overs in the final minutes.

The best import awardee of the Governors Cup, Marqus Blakely scored the last two successive offensive points for San Mig Coffee Mixers. San Mig coach Tim Cone was overwhelmed with the way his wards played in the Game 7 of the PBA Finals.
With the win of the San Mig Coffee Mixers coach Tim Cone continued his legacy as one of the most popular coach in the PBA in terms of PBA titles. Marc Pingris, the Finals MVP, finished with 19 points, 17 rebounds, and five blocks for the Mixers who captured the Governor’s Cup title after losing it last year.
