Lady Food Panda Rider in Viral Video Seeks Raffy Tulfo’s Help to Settle Issue w/ Rude Customer
The lady Food Panda rider and the rude customer in a viral video peacefully settled their issue with the help of Raffy Tulfo.
Previously, the video footage of a male customer showing a rude attitude and behavior towards a lady Food Panda rider due to misunderstanding spread like a wildfire online. The incident garnered various reactions from the social media users.
The two had an exchange of heated arguments due to misunderstanding about the location of their transaction. The customer criticized the lady biker for arriving late and misunderstanding his instruction.
Recently, the lady biker named as Shane Louise Bayang sought the help of the Pinoy radio personality Raffy Tulfo to settle her misunderstanding with the customer identified as Yul Elgincolin.
Bayang revealed the truth behind the viral video and admitted her mistake. The delivery employee also apologized to the customer for her harsh response and explained that she was just driven by her emotion.

Yul Elgincolin has also agreed to settle the issue and peacefully resolved the problem. He also asked Louise to remove the video but the biker explained that her fellow rider uploaded the video but she would ask her colleague to remove it.
