PTV CHRISTMAS STATION ID – Here’s the Christmas station ID 2020 featuring Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte giving a message to the Filipino people.

Undeniably, a lot of unfortunate events unfolded in the year 2020. The COVID-19 pandemic took place and Philippines is one of the countries that logged cases of the said disease.

As of this writing, the entire nation is still under community quarantine measures. Metro Manila will remain under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) this December limiting the operations of some businesses. Christmas parties are also prohibited.

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses closed. A lot of companies and establishments were not able to cope with the demands of the pandemic – incurring only expenses with no incomes for months.

Many people also lost their jobs amid the COVID-19 crisis. The Duterte administration released a huge amount of budget to aid the people amid the quarantine measures through the Social Amelioration Program (SAP).

Aside from the COVID-19 pandemic, two strong typhoons also recently brought damages and cost lives in the Philippines. A lot of people are in evacuation centers now after the tropical storms left them homeless while others are grieving for the loss of their loved ones amid the onslaught of the tropical storm.

In the PTV Christmas Station ID 2020, Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte gave a message of hope to the Filipino people. He asked the people to always be prepared for we will rise again for the country.

“Mga kababayan, maging laging handa. Babangon tayo para sa bayan,” the President said.
