Lady Resident Posts Photos of Male Thief Who Stole the Crown of St. Mary’s Statue
A lady resident lambasted and expressed her dismay towards a male thief for stealing the crown of a religious statue inside the Church.
A Facebook user named Jullie Anne Recio Kallaw has shared the photos of Nuestra Señora De Candelaria’s statue and the male thief who stole its expensive crown. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
Kallaw described the unidentified suspect as heartless for stealing the valuable and expensive crown of their statue. The suspect’s face has been caught on the CCTV footage and she uploaded the culprit’s face on social media.
The woman also said that Konsehal Jason Cuento offered a P100,000 reward for anyone who could give an information that will lead to arrest the suspect.
Eventually, the crown has been returned to the Church with the help of Sir Chief Edwin Goyena, Sir Mark Geronimon and the police authorities for making immediate action regarding the incident.
