PAGASA – LPA, Southwest Monsoon To Affect Parts Of PH This September 25, 2020

PAGASA – Here are the following latest updates from the state weather bureau PAGASA, on this day, September 25, 2020 (Friday).

The weather bureau reported that the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was last spotted at 615 kilometers east of Baler, Aurora, while the southwest monsoon will be affecting parts of Luzon and Visayas.

According to GMA News, the LPA and habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will face partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Again, Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

For the wind speed forecast, Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate winds that are moving southwestward while facing moderate coastal waters, based on the report.

The rest of the country will face light to moderate winds that are moving in the northeast to northwest direction while facing moderate coastal waters.
