Van Hangs Out from 2nd-level of Parking Area in a Building in Cebu City
PHOTOS – A white van was spotted hangs out half of its body and nearly to fall at the 2nd-level of a parking area in building in Cebu City.
Based on the report of CDN Digital, it was captured by a netizen who refused to give its name. In the photos shared by the netizen can be seen a white Toyota van slipping from the second floor of the parking area.
Photos also show debris outside the building as an indication that the van collided with the building’s wall. But according to police, they did not receive any reports regarding the incident.

They only found out when the CDN reported it. Authorities responded to the scene but could not find the van at the scene of the incident. Police learned that the building’s security personnel are assisted and help them.
Police, however, warned the building authorities that if the incident was repeated, they would immediately notify the authorities to assist them. The building’s management has not yet release statement regarding to the incident.
