Story of the topnotcher inspires people as BAR exam results 2019 have finally been released.
BAR EXAM RESULTS 2019 – Top 1 of the Bar Examination 2019, Mae Diane Azores, shares her inspiring story after topping the licensure exam.
From University of Santo Tomas – Legaspi (Formerly Aquinas University), Mae Dianne Azores topped the 2019 Bar examination with a whopping 91.0490% average. 27.36% of the takers, which is at 2,103, out of 7,685 examinees have passed and she surpassed them all placing at the top.
The bar examination is the only licensure examination which is not regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) but of the Supreme Court of the Philippines exclusively. And in this year, the topnotcher shared her inspiring journey not expecting to be on top of the list.
During her interview in Unang Balita of GMA, she admitted that being on Top 1 surprised her but she prayed to be included in the list of Top 10. She got filled of happiness after seeing her name above everyone else.
Her journey included utmost discipline to review and study. She wakes up at 4 A.M. for reviewing which lasts for 10 to 12 hours in a day. Azores shared, “Inisip ko talaga kailangan mayroon akong schedule sa pag-aaral at saka sabi ko talaga kailangan may disiplina para mag-stick doon sa schedule.”
And after studying, she sees to it to always catch up and get in touch with her family and friends. Aside from discipline, she advised those who are dreaming to become a lawyer like to be persevered in reaching your goal along with prayers. She believes that “God will give it to you in His perfect time” as per the interview.
She is a certified public accountant and an auditor at the regional office of the Commission on Audit in Bicol. She aimed for Top 8 as the number 8 has significant meaning to her but she was given more.
