The Commission on Election have already declared some of the local winners in the recently concluded Philippine Elections 2013. We will be listing the list of official winners based upon the figures given by the COMELEC.
The Philippines have a total of more than 50 million registered voters for the May 2013 General Elections. Those voters came from 80 Provinces, 1,491 municipalities, and 143 cities nationwide.
Luzon had a total of 28.4 million voters, Visayas had 10.3 million, while the island of Mindanao had 12.1 registered voters.
