LUCKY ME! – the all-time favorite instant food of Filipinos, Pancit Canton, brings back their thinner noodles after the flat thicker version introduced.

In 2016, Lucky Me! Introduced the new makeover of the all-time favorite instant food of the Filipinos Pancit Canton. The noodles became flat and thicker, the seasoning became saucier and from square, its shape right from the package became round.

However, while the transformation was aimed to give a better experience for consumers, some did not seem to embrace the change. The pancit canton became a trending topic on social media, with the loyalists begging the brand to bring back the old one.

Some have even made an online petition to bring back the original version of their much-loved noodle. Meanwhile, Lucky Me! has good news to the fans of the instant noodle, Pancit Canton now has thin noodles.

Unfortunately, the thin version is only available for their Kalamansi flavor. Currently, this variant it is only available in Luzon. Meanwhile, some social media users are also asking for other flavors of the new version.

In a report of Yummy, a netizen was spotted already asking if the thinner noodles will be available in other flavors too. Lucky Me! then replied “one surprise at a time po muna.”
