The show premiered on June 29, 2002 and was originally hosted by Bernadette Sembrano. It returned in 2004 and was headline by Vicky Morales even up until its last airing which will be on February 15, 2020 with a total of 983 episode.

Ilaban Natin ‘Yan, a new show, will replace and will still be hosted by Vicky. The reality drama will start airing this February 22 and will have a similar flow to that of the famous Face To Face of Amy Perez.

Vicky is tagged as a fairy godmother because of WKL for making many dreams come true and in her new show, she will serve as our sister to iron out issues and conflicts.

To recall, Face To Face was aired and produced exclusively by TV5 Network Inc. where it was then dubbed as a “Barangay hall on-air”. This is one of the most popular shows in the Philippines and has often been labelled as the “Filipino version of Jerry Springer”.

However, the only inevitable and controversial from the show is the violence exhibited by the guests to which it reached the point that the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) has requested to “tone down physical altercations between guests”.
