Father Trying To Escape Arrest Leads To Death of 6-Year-Old Child
6-YEAR-OLD CHILD – A child died amid her father’s pursuit to escape an arrest by the authorities over drugs.
Since the Duterte administration took over, the campaign against drugs in the Philippines was heightened. Undeniably, many laboratories were discovered, personalities were arrested, and other alarming truths regarding the extent of the trading in the country.
With regards to those people who were arrested, most were private individuals but there were also known personalities like politicians and former actors and actresses. The latter always leave the public shocked.
Those people arrested may face charges before the law. It can further lead to years of imprisonment depending on the verdict of the court. However, in some cases, the call is much greater.
Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, a hurtful incident involving a 6-year-old child recently took place in Bais City, Negros Oriental. The authorities were about to arrest her father when he tried to escape. It led to the death of his daughter.
According to Bais City Police, when the authorities were about to arrest the father in line with the anti-drugs operations, the father suddenly drove his motorcycle fast. He was with his 31-year-old wife and their 6-year-old daughter.
The family met an accident amid the pursuit of the father to escape from the arrest by the authorities. Based on the report, they fell on the ground and the head of the child really hit the ground hard.
The child did not survive the incident. The couple was left injured by it and the authorities were able to seize two (2) sachets of suspected drugs.
