James Reid, Nancy McDonie Shares First Impressions of Eachother
JAMES REID – ABS-CBN actor and producer James Reid and Momoland’s Nancy McDonie shared their first impression of each other.
On Friday, Dreamscape announced that the Filipino-Australian actor James Reid will be paired with the Momoland member Nancy McDonie. Their upcoming teleserye is titled “Soulmate” and will be directed by Antoinette Jadaone.
“Finally we present our new series, Soulmate, with James Reid & Nancy McDonie of Momoland, to be directed by Antonette Jadaone,” it wrote.
Nancy McDonie and James Reid attended the story conference for their new project at the Kapamilya network. Surely, the Filipino fans of the K-pop star are excited to watch her on their tv screens.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Nancy said she’s very excited to work on the project and nervous at the same time since it’s her first time to work on a tv series on a different country. She also said it’s her first time to play a lead role in a series.
“I’m very excited and also I’m very nervous, it’s my first time coming to the Philippines and actually doing a project so I’m actually happy to do it,” said Nancy.
According to the report, James admitted that he was starstruck after meeting the Korean superstar.
“I have to be honest – a little bit starstruck, of course, but I’m super excited to work with her,” said James.
Based on the report, Momoland’s Nancy McDoni also described the prominent actor as “sweet.” “He’s super nice, super sweet, awesome!” she said.
In the latter part of the interview, the Filipino actor gave a hint about their upcoming tv series. He shared it’s about finding someone’s “soulmate.”
