Bag w/ P2.7-Million Left Behind & Found by a Female Vendor in Ilocos Norte
FEMALE VENDOR – A seller of vegetables in Ilocos Norte returned the bag she found with P2.7-million inside.
Despite the situations of many people nowadays, a lot of individuals are committed to being honest wherever they go. They are the best examples not only for the young ones but for everyone. One of them is a vendor in Ilocos Norte.
Recently, a woman identified as “Alice Baguitan” restored a lot of people’s faith to humanity by her act of honesty.
Based on a news report in GMA’s Balitambayan, Alice Baguitan is a female vendor of vegetables who found a bag with P2.7-million. She did not take it home but instead looked for its owner.
According to Alice, she was eating in a fast-food restaurant when a woman with a bag sat beside her. The woman placed her bag at the foot of the vegetable vendor but she forgot to take it when she left.
Based on the report, the vendor heard that the woman was off to the bus terminal. She rushed and looked for her to return the bag she left behind. The woman was very happy that her bag containing a multi-million amount of money was returned to her.
Alice was offered some money by the woman but she refused to take it. According to her, it was not the first time that she found a huge amount of money and she returned it to the owner. The vegetable vendor believes that she will receive more blessings from God for her act of honesty.
