The Twitter account of GMA News posted that the “Kusina ni Isko” arrived at the Bonifacio Shrine to give free “lugaw”.

However, Twitter user @erkmcstis retweeted this with a question to the Manila Mayor. “Bawal epal diba po @IskoMoreno ???” the netizen wrote.

With this, Mayor Isko Moreno explained by saying that he already requested the person who donated not to put his face and name on the cart.

He also suggested names to replace the “Kusina ni Isko”. For the Mayor, netizens have a point in calling his attention for this.

“Netizens have a point on this one. Nakisuyo na po ako sa nag-donate po ng food truck na huwag na lang ilagay ang mukha at pangalan ko. Siguro ilagay na lang po nila “Kusina ng Maynila” o kaya “Kusina para sa Batang Maynila.” Next flag ceremony, wala na po iyan,” the politician said.
