Trivial matter, should have been sorted out between the concerned teachers and the principal. The bottom line is that relationship between the principal.and her teachers is not cordial. It either the principal lacks leadership skills or the teachers lacks virtues of respect and courtesy. Or some other very personal matters complicated the professional relationship. If the relationship is beyond reconcilation, reassign both principal and teachers in separate school assignments.
