New Marvel Comics Superhero is a Cebuana
MARVEL COMICS – The latest Marvel Comics superhero is a Filipina named “Wave” who lives in Cebu.
There are lots of hobbies to choose from and among that is reading and collecting Marvel Comic books.
However, it’s not the same as before like collecting piles of comic books because kids and adults can now read comic in their gadgets like cellphones of their laptops.
Marvel Comics owns the well-known superheroes today such as Iron Man, Captain America, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, and Doctor Strange among others.
The stories of each superhero were admired by millions of their fans all over the world. In fact, the latest Marvel movie just became the highest-grossing film ever.
Based on a report from Helloging, the newest Marvel superhero is a Cebuana. Her name is “Wave.”
On the program ‘Stand for Truth’ the Filipina superhero was introduced saying “Wave’s” name is Pear Pangan who lives in Cebu.
According to the report, the new Marvel superhero was launched last International Women’s Day, March 8.
The Cebuana superhero has been described by the publishing creator as “a mysterious new Filipino heroine.
Wave has the identifiable Pinay “morena” skin, gold and green costume, and PH-inspired weapons.
Surely, the Filipinos can’t wait to know her story. She will be defending the whole Asia against the villain named “Malekit.”
Filmmaker and comic book writer Grek Pak Tweeted about the new Filipino superhero. He shared some battle scenes on his post.
“Reminder that Wave, Marvel’s new Filipina superhero, debuts in WAR OF THE REALMS: NEW AGENTS OF ATLAS #1 on May 8. This book is gonna sell out. Ask your retailer to hold a copy for you!” he said.
