Actual Footage of Terrifying Scene During Magnitude 6.2 Quake in Samar Exposed
The terrifying scene during the magnitude 6.2 earthquake devastating an establishment in Samar was caught on camera and now making rounds online.
On Tuesday afternoon (April 23, 2019), the Philippine Volcanology and Seismology Institute (Phivolcs) announced that a powerful tremor hits Eastern Samar.
Phivolcs initially recorded the earthquake at magnitude 6.2 but eventually upgraded it to magnitude 6.5.
The epicenter of the strong quake was in San Julian Eastern Samar but the tremor was also felt in Leyte, Bacolod, Masbate, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Surigao del Sur, Iloilo, Negros Occidental and Cebu.
Recently, a Facebook user named Ariston Bautista has shared the actual footage of the terrifying scene during the magnitude 6.2 earthquake in Samar.
In the video, it can be seen that the employees and customers of a mini-grocery store were peacefully having their transactions until the powerful quake occurs.
The powerful tremor drove the customers and employees out of the establishment while violently shaking the building.
The other videos also show how the earthquake violently shakes different areas causing fear and terror among the residents.
