Bikoy was accusing Agriculture Undersecretary Waldo Carpio and Polong Duterte as drug personalities.

Recently, the Palace finally released a statement regarding the controversial video circulating on social media.

Presidential Spokesperson Sal Panelo described the accusations against Paolo Duterte as Black Propaganda.

Black Propaganda

“Obviously a black propaganda, just like the other false narratives against the President, it will not succeed as the overwhelming majority of the Filipino people trust his sincerity and fidelity to his duty as President in serving and protecting the citizenry as well as believe in his incorruptibility,” Panel said.

Paolo Duterte also breaks his silence on the controversial video and lambasted a certain “J.S” for allegedly inventing story against him.

The younger Duterte also revealed that his Dragon code was ‘PD 92112’ and not POLODELTA-TSG01 or ALPHA TIERRA-0029 as shown on the video.
