Latest Weather Updates Released By PAGASA (October 13)
The state weather bureau PAGASA has released the newest and the latest weather updates in the country for today.
On Saturday (October 13, 2018), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported that scattered rains are expected over some parts of the country.
PAGASA predicted that the easterlies would bring cloudy weather conditions with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over Bicol and Eastern Visayas.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands would experience cloudy conditions with isolated light rain due to surface wind flow of the northeasterly.
Cloudy weather conditions with isolated rainshowers are also expected over the rest of the country.
Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions over the northeast over the northern and western sections of northern Luzon would be rough to very rough.
Moderate to occasionally rough waters are expected over Central Luzon and the rest of northern Luzon.
However, the rest of the country would have slight to moderate coastal waters indicating that sea travel remains safe.
