Pinoy Boxer Manny Pacquiao Admits Fight Against Matthysse Almost Canceled
The Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao admitted that his fight against Lucas Matthysse was almost canceled due to his health condition.
Senator Manny “Pacman” Pacquaio recently revealed that his fight against Lucas Matthysse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Sunday (July 15, 2018 – PH Time) was almost canceled.
The Pinoy boxing icon revealed that abnormalities on his heart have been found after he undergoes ECG at General Santos City a week before his match.
Last July 08, 2018 (Sunday), Pacman flew to Metro Manila and undergoes on angiogram procedure in Cardinal Santos Medical Center by Monday dawn (July 09, 2018).
The lawmaker explained that a certain tube and camera were inserted in his hand going to his heart.
Luckily, the test result found nothing wrong with the boxer’s heart and undergoes a treadmill test.
The doctor declared Pacquiao healthy and fit to fight against Matthysse.
Pacquiao said that if the medical experts found irregularities on his heart, his camp is willing to cancel the match with Matthysse.
