Erwin Tulfo Slams DOJ For Allegedly Receiving Bribe Over Decision To Dismiss Drug Suspects
The Filipino broadcaster Erwin Tulfo has lambasted the Department of Justice (DOJ) over the possible acquittal of drug suspects.
Previously, President Rodrigo Duterte has criticized Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre III over DOJ’s decision to clear Kerwin Espinosa and Peter Lim from the drug charges filed against them.
DOJ set the decision to dismiss the drug charges against the drug suspects because of alleged lack of evidence.
However, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that the Philippine National Police (PNP) will appeal DOJ’s decision to dismiss the drug personalities.
Recently, the Pinoy news anchor Erwin Tulfo expressed his fury and disappointment over the DOJ’s panel of prosecutors’ decision to dismiss the Lim and Espinosa.
Tulfo lambasted the Justice Department for making the unjustifiable decision to free the self-confessed drug personalities who are included on Duterte’s narco-list.
The radio broadcaster also elaborated the evidence against Kerwin Espinosa and Peter Lim, then accused DOJ of receiving a bribe for making their confusing decision.
Tulfo captioned the video with:
“MAGKANO DOJ ANG NATANGGAP NINYONG LAGAY O AREGLO MULA SA MGA DRUG LORDS NA SINA PETER LIM AT KERWIN ESPINOSA AT SASABIHIN NINYONG KULANG ANG EBIDENSIYA LABAN SA KANILA???”
