Xian Gaza, the guy who paid a billboard just to ask Kapamilya actress Erich Gonzales to have a coffee date with him denies using the actress for promoting his business interests.
Earlier, Xian Gaza caught the attention of a lot of people from the social media community over a rare and lavish act of asking the actress for a coffee date.
Xian Gaza is currently the president and the Chief-executive-officer of the Guanxiqian Group, a company that is based in Hongkong that deals with hedge funds.
He captioned his post: “They say it’s first time in Philippine history. I say: That’s how special you are to me. Erich Gonzales, will you drink coffee with me?” and with hashtags “#PleaseSayYesErich #CoffeeWithErich.”
Erich Gonzales, on the other hand, confirmed that she will attend the invitation.
While his proposal gushed the netizens, it also gained bitter reaction from the netizens.
Xian Gaza was slammed by several Facebook users and accused him for “bragging” his act.
Meanwhile, he explained his side on the issue that he is just using the Kapamilya star for promoting his business interests.

“I am not affiliated to any company besides GUANXIQIAN GROUP nor a member of any network marketing companies to date. The billboard is my sincere coffee date invitation for Ms. Gonzales, not a “business opportunity presentation over-coffee-invitation” strategy, affiliating me to your respective companies. Wow, seriously?!
Please stop using my name or you’ll be legally accountable and slapped by law. Thank you very much.”
