Kapuso actress Kim Domingo is currently being linked to a big-time congressman from Davao Oriental. Based on the rumors that ignited because of their photo together, Kim was spotted with a congressman from Davao Occidental, who is allegedly tagged as the “King of Ghost Projects in Mindanao.”
Amid the buzz about the actress and the controversial politician, Domingo hard-launched her boyfriend of three years on social media. Upon confirming her relationship status, it appears she was also dispelling the rumors linking her to the politician.
Writing in Thai, she expressed, “No matter how loud the world is, you’ll always be my quiet place. And years later, it’s still us. Happy 3rd anniversary my love.”
This is the first time that she has introduced a boyfriend to the public. This came amid discussions among some netizens about an intrigue being linked to the actress. Kim has yet to speak about the issue.
In the comments section of Kim’s Facebook post, some of her supporters claimed that they had already seen the man with the actress before.
They referred to him by the initial “J,” while another netizen claimed that the actress’s boyfriend’s name is James.
In December 2025, a video clip also surfaced on TikTok showing her with a man who appears to be the same person featured in her recent post.
The video was taken when Kim still had short hair, and it showed the two holding hands in a public place.
They also reportedly have another photo together taken in Osaka. Her posts ultimately squashed rumors about her and the congressman.
