Rasta G Faces Heavy Backlash After Viral TikTok About Not Cute Kids

Internet Slams Rasta G for Insensitive Remarks Targeting Children

RASTA G – A viral TikTok video has placed vlogger Rasta G at the center of controversy after netizens called out her remarks about children.

A social media storm erupted after vlogger Rasta G, also known as Rasta Gutierrez, faced backlash over a controversial TikTok post targeting children. The issue quickly gained traction online, with many netizens expressing disappointment and concern over what they perceived as insensitive and harmful content.

The now-viral video featured a caption that read, “Me pag may batang maingay na di naman cute,” which many interpreted as mocking children who are noisy but do not fit certain standards of “cuteness.” The statement sparked outrage, with critics pointing out that it promotes subtle bullying and unfair judgment toward young kids.

As the video circulated, several social media personalities, celebrities, and parents spoke out against the content. Many emphasized that children, especially at a young age, are still learning how to manage their emotions and behavior, and should not be subjected to ridicule online.

Among those who reacted was Pat Velasquez, who shared her thoughts alongside a screenshot of the post. She wrote, “The way you treat children says everything. Don’t become what hurt you, girl,” highlighting the deeper implications of how adults treat younger individuals.

Content creator Mikh Cruz also weighed in on the issue, stating, “It’s fine to get annoyed, but turning it into content that gathers hate especially toward kids who can’t regulate their emotions yet is so so saddening. Tigilan natin tong hate train towards children. Sa mga magulang naman na natatakot nang ilabas ang mga anak nila because of content like this please don’t let it get to you. Our children only have one childhood. Let them be kids.”

Despite the growing criticism, Rasta G appeared unbothered by the controversy. Instead of addressing the issue or offering an explanation, she continued posting promotional content for a brand, leaving many netizens waiting for accountability and reflection.
