Dina Bonnevie had this revelation about a PBB winner
Veteran actress Dina Bonnevie mentioned in a recent episode of her YouTube talk show House of D that there was a Pinoy Big Brother with a sponsor who paid P1 million.
PBB is one of the most popular reality shows in the Philippines. Its first season was launched in 2005. Over the years, big winners in different seasons received big breaks in the entertainment industry.
The most recent seasons featured a collaboration between ABS-CBN and GMA, as they launched the Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition. With this, the show’s scope widened.
Ina a recent episode of Dina Bonnevie’s House Of D with her daughter actress-host Danica Sotto-Pingris, they had a conversation with Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11 winner Fyang Smith and her fellow former housemate JM Ibarra, who is now her loveteam partner.
During the said episode, Dina asked the two former PBB housemates if they also had a sponsor, because as what she heard there were winners who had sponsors to ensure their victory. The veteran actress shared that there was one sponsor who paid P1 million.
Fyang and JM had no idea about this. Then, Dina said, “Ako lang ba tiga-showbiz? Ba’t hindi niyo alam ‘yun?” An art card about this was posted on the social media fan page Kapamilya Online World, and was posted on Reddit, under ChikaPH by netizen @NothingFancy1234.

Some said that it was PBB Celebrity Collab Edition Season 1 Mika Salamanca, and allegedly her sponsors were her fellow content creators Zeinab Harake and Dogie.
