Barbie Imperial showed excitement about working with Richard Gutierrez
Veteran actor and director Bobot Mortiz shared his experience working with celebrity couple Richard Gutierrez and Barbie Imperial.
Richard and Barbie are among the lead stars in the new Kapamilya series Blood vs Duty.” It is their first project together. Previously, they both expressed their excitement to share the same frame, as they had some discussions before about the possibility of working with each other.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Direk Bobot shared that he is delighted with Barbie because of her intense power and energy during the taping.
The veteran actor-director opened up about the sweetness between Barbie Imperial and Richard Gutierrez on the set of their new Kapamilya teleserye.
During the grand mediacon of the said ABS-CBN action-packed series, the veteran actor described Barbie as full of energy.
“Maganda kay Barbie, hindi siya napapagod. Alas-dos na ng madaling araw, hindi siya napapagod, kasi lilipat sa set namin si Richard,” Direk Bobot said, adding that it is a beautiful thing that when she would go to the set of their new project, she was so excited to see her boyfriend.
Direk Bobot also shared that he would ask the actress what time Richard would arrive on the set, and she would happily update him. “Natutuwa ako kay Barbie talaga dahil ‘yung energy niya, hindi nagbabago eh,” Direk Bobot shared.
When Barbie was asked to react to what the veteran actor-director shared, she said that it was true that her energy is always high. Then, Richard jokingly said, “Minsan napapataas ko yung energy niya, minsan blood pressure.”
Meanwhile, it was previously reported that Richard Gutierrez was asked if he was ready to start a new family with Barbie Imperial. The actor said that for now, this is not his priority since he is also fulfilling his duty as a father to his sons with his former partner, actress Sarah Lahbati.
