Iran Doesn’t See Any Reason To Talk w/ US: “We were talking with them when they decided to attack us”

Update on Tension Between United States, Iran Following Airstrikes

IRAN – Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi claimed that they don’t see any reason that they should talk with the United States.

United States Pres. Donald Trump recently claimed that America is allegedly communicating with the Iranian authorities but they are not ready for the deal to end the war. The remarks of the American leader came after he previously claimed that they want the unconditional surrender of the Iranian government.

The war that involved U.S., Israel, and Iran started more than two (2) weeks ago after U.S. and Israel launched joint airstrikes that killed Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and several officials of the Iranian government. Several civilians also fell victims to the Middle East tension.

U.S. Pres. Donald Trump claimed that his move was allegedly to stop Iran from acquiring nuclear power and supposedly destroying the Middle East and the world. He admitted that America makes a lot of money through oil from the situation but stressed that there is something more important to him.

However, based on a report on ABS-CBN News, Abbas Araghchi, the foreign minister of Iran, pushed back the claim of U.S. Pres. Donald Trump when he said that their country is not interested in talks with the United States. He stressed that they are defending their people.

“We are stable and strong enough. We are only defending our people,” the foreign minister of Iran said.

Furthermore, based on the report, the foreign minister did not only say they don’t see any need to talk with the United States. According to him, they were also allegedly having talks with U.S. when it attacked them.

“We don’t see any reason why we should talk with Americans, because we were talking with them when they decided to attack us. There is no good experience talking with Americans,” Araghchi said.

Previously, Iran said they will make U.S. regret for “Grave Miscalculation” with soaring Oil costs.
