Xian Gaza shared these social media posts following the news about Michelle Dee’s legal action
On February 16, 2026, actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee took legal action by filing a cyber libel complaint at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Cybercrime Division against social media personality Xian Gaza.
Accompanied by her lawyer, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque, Dee also filed complaints against several Facebook pages for allegedly disseminating fake news and defamatory content about her.
Dee acknowledged that while scrutiny is part of being a public figure, she is seeking accountability for the spread of misinformation. She emphasized that this is not a fictional story, as real lives are being affected.
Following this news, Xian Gaza shared a “BREAKING NEWS” on his Facebook page. It was about Michelle Dee’s decision to file a cyber libel complaint against him.
“BREAKING NEWS: Matapos ireklamo sa kasong illegal detention at pambubugbog, beauty queen na si Michelle Dee, nagsampa ng cyber libel laban kay Xian Gaza! Matapos nito sabihing nakipag-3some siya with Sam and Rhian!” the social media personality wrote.
After this post, Xian shared photos of food and drinks, but his caption was about the issue of Michelle Dee, which also involved celebrities Rhian Ramos and Samantha Panlilio.
For Xian, what Michelle’s camp was a good move, very strategic, and wise. For him, this was to divert the attention of the public from the issue involving her, Rhian, and Samantha.
To recall, the three female celebrities were accused of torture and illegal detention of Rhian’s former driver and personal assistant. Xian said that because of what Michelle did, the focus will be on them—Michelle versus Xian.
“Because let’s be real, the threesome tsismis did not hurt her career at all. Ilang taon ng maingay yung issue na yan. Nakatulong pa nga sa kanya actually. The truth is, nasira yung pangalan niya ng dahil kay Kuya Driver so kailangan nila ako ngayong kasuhan for damage control,” Xian claimed.
The social media personality added that Michelle has done this with the expectation that journalists, news agencies, and content creators who would post in the future about her would be warned.
