Russia’s Varvara Yakovenko is the Miss Intercontinental 2025 winner.
Varvara Yakovenko from Russia bagged the Miss Intercontinental 2025 title, while the PH has sustained its placement streak in the pageant.
Varvara Yakovenko of Russia won the Miss Intercontinental 2025 title. The pageant was recently held in Egypt, and she was crowned by her successor, Puerto Rico’s Maria Cepero.
Mutya ng Pilipinas InterContinental 2025 Christina Labareño Vanhefflin, the Philippines’ representative, finished as the fourth runner-up. Christina also received the Power of Beauty award, which automatically advanced her from the quarterfinals (Top 23) through the semifinals (Top 12) and into the final round (Top 7).

Brilliant Mukanda Maroko of Kenya was the sixth runner-up, Best in Swimsuit winner, and Continental Queen of Africa.
Ebena Ida Princesse (Cameroon), Shraddha Patel (India), Andreea Stan (Romania), Brooke Ellen Cohee (USA), and Sasha Perea (Colombia) were in the semi-finals.
Meanwhile, Netherlands (Eva Aloisia van Bellen, Miss Popularity), Brazil (Maria Clara Marques), Nigeria (Emesiobi Dwelling Chisaoku), Macao (Katrina Wan), New Zealand (Kelsey Jean Turner), Mexico (Carolina Ruelas), Slovak Republic (Natalia Weissova), Spain (Raquel Castejon), Vietnam (Nguyen Thi Thu Ngan, Best in National Costume), Czech Republic (Anna Marie Marakova), and Germany (Shantal Schwarz) made it to the first cut.
Meanwhile, the country’s placement streak began in 2013, when Mutya ng Pilipinas 2013 Koreen Medina finished as third runner-up, highlighting the Philippines’ consistent strong performance in the international pageant. The Philippines has also secured two victories at the international pageant, thanks to Binibining Pilipinas queens Karen Gallman in 2018 and Cinderella Faye Obeñita in 2021.
