Flower Shop Owner Claim Flowers Were Given For Free, Not Sold
A story of a man who bought “wilted flowers” for P100 went viral in the social media, the flower shop owner claims that the flowers were given for free.
The story of wilted flowers bought by a man for P100 is now making rounds in the social media. The story was posted by Giulia Singson Zahar on her Facebook account last Tuesday (February 14, 2017) and the man draws sympathy from the netizens.
The alleged owner of the flower shop breaks her silence after she receives criticisms, mixed reactions, and negative comments from social media users. The name of the flower shop in Alabang Town Center (ATC) was not yet identified.
A Phoenix Rising was the claiming as the owner of the said flower shop who allegedly sold wilted flowers to a Wilcon staff. The flower shop owner has denied the allegation of Zahar against her, she claims that the unsold flowers were given for free instead of going to waste.
Rising explained that unsold flowers were freely given to their sales personnel, guard, and cleaners. She said the flowers were given to Mr. Wilcon for free without paying any amount such as P100.
She also challenged Ms. Zahar to conduct an investigation with their staff to identify the kind of flowers do they have. She said that Tagaytay Roses, Dangwa Roses, or even imported roses were given for their staffs for free.
The flower shop owner explained that they also reserve flowers for their personnel to have something for their loved ones when they get home. She also said that their flowers were preserved in their refrigerator, but it was already full so it can’t accommodate more flowers.
She also criticized Zahar for assuming that Mr. Wilcon is poor. Rising said that Zahar from Manchester should not consider every Filipinos in the Philippines is poor.
