Angeline Quinto shared an emotional story
Kapamilya singer-actress Angeline Quinto opened up about being an adopted child for just P10,000.
Angeline has come a long way in the entertainment industry. From being a simple singing competition contestant, she is now one of the most in-demand singers of her generation. Aside from singing, Angeline also ventured into acting.
It is known to many showbiz fans that it was her Mama Bob who took care of her and raised her. However, Mama Bob, who passed away a few years ago, was not her biological mom.

In a recent interview on the YouTube channel of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, Angeline Quinto recalled that her biological mother, Nanay Susan, received adoption money. From that, it was Mama Bob who was with her until her adoptive mom died in 2020.
Learning this information about herself, the singer-actress admitted that she was hurt. However, she is thankful for her Mama Bob because she would not be alive if not for her.
It was Mama Bob who pushed Nanay Susan to continue the pregnancy, as the latter wanted to get rid of the baby.
“Oo naman. Yun lang ba yung halaga ko? Pero kasi pag naririnig ko yung ganyan nangyari sa buhay ko, parang pinagsasalamat ko nalang din kasi kung hindi dahil kay Mama Bob, baka hindi ako buhay ngayon,” she said.
Angeline said that she was lucky to have Mama Bob in her life. It was just 15 years ago when she first met her biological mother. The singer said that Nanay Susan was emotional about what happened in the past and confirmed the story about the adoption payment.

“Marami daw siyang dinadala na problema nung time na yun kaya niya nagawa yun. Hindi sila okay ng tatay ko kaya ako ibinigay kay Mama Bob,” the singer-actress shared.
Angeline Quinto said that her biological mother was crying while telling this story, and she cried too. She said that it felt like she went back to her childhood, even though she did not know her Nanay Susan.
Ogie asked Angeline about the status of her relationship with her biological mother. She said that they are doing okay.
