The photo was taken in Normandy, France, during the 70th-anniversary commemorations of D-Day. It showed that the former President Barack Obama is tenderly helping the queen down a flight of stairs.
Russian President Vladimir Putin can also be seen in the photo. While Obama showed himself a perfect gentleman with Queen Elizabeth II, Putin was just standing and did not bother to aid the elderly queen.

The photo showed that the queen negotiated steps to her position in the official world leaders’ photo, Putin completely ignored the queen.
According to the previous report of Dailymail, during the 70th-anniversary commemorations of D-Day Obama and Queen Elizabeth were among 19 heads of state and members of royal families who attended the event.
