Kim Ji-soo is now part of the series of Dennis Trillo
Kapuso drama king Dennis Trillo admitted that he felt intimidated by Korean actor Kim Ji-soo.
Dennis is one of the most prized talents of the Kapuso network. Over the years, he has done various projects that established his name in the entertainment industry. With his acting caliber, he has already received many recognitions and awards.
Despite his status in the entertainment industry, Dennis still feels intimidated in certain situations.
In a recent interview, based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Dennis Trillo shared what it was like working with Kim Ji-soo in the Kapuso series Sanggang-Dikit FR, in which his wife Jennylyn Mercado is his leading lady.
“Nakaka-intimidate kasi syempre Korean star pero no’ng nakagawa na kami ng mga eksena, ang kulit din pala n’ya. Naka-adapt s’ya sa sistema ng mga Pilipino kung papaano gumawa ng mga teleserye,” the Kapuso drama king said about workign with Korean actor.
Dennis also shared that his and Ji-soo’s TikTok collaboration is set to happen. The Kapuso has been active on the video-sharing platform for several years now and netizens are enjoying his funny videos.
Meanwhile, Kim Ji-soo shared that the fight scenes in the series were challenging and it is because of the hot weather. The Korean actor had to adjust to the temperature in the country.
Ji-soo already had his taste of action scenes in the Philippine showbiz when he joined the cast of Black Rider. In that series, his character was a protagonist, but in Sanggang-Dikit FR, he is a villain.

Talking about working with Dennis Trillo, Kim Ji-soo said, “He is really professional and very sweet. Some way, he’s kind of funny. He’s a good actor.”
Sanggang-Dikit FR is showing every weeknight at 8:50 p.m. on GMA and Kapuso Stream, and with a delayed telecast on GTV at 10:50 p.m.
