It has been almost a month since MC and Lassy performed at the comedy bar owned by Vice Ganda
Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda established his own comedy bar and among the regular performers were his friends comedians MC Muah and Lassy.
MC and Lassy were part of the Beks Batallion with their fellow comedian Chad Kinis. They have a YouTube channel in which they share their funny vlogs and interviews. MC and Lassy were given a chance to be part of the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime in which Vice is one of the main hosts.
To recall, an issue surfaced between Vice and Lassy because of a confrontation in the former’s vlog. Vice spent vacation with his friends and a sort of open forum happened and that was when he confronted MC who was allegedly, “Hindi marunong makisama.”
Although they hugged after that heated moment, netizens noticed that something had happened contrary to the ending of the vlog. MC Muah was not seen anymore in the following episodes of It’s Showtime and speculations surfaced that it had something to do with the vlog.
However, in a social media post on June 11, the It’s Showtime social media page showed that MC and Lassy were still part of the show but they were absent on that day.
Based on the article in PEP, MC and Lassy have not performed at Vice Ganda’s comedy bar for almost a month now. It was said that from the start of June, MC and Lassy were “missing in action.”
They were among the regular performers at Vice! Comedy Club. However, MC’s last performance was on May 23 while Lassy’s last show at the bar was on May 24.
The social media page of the comedy would announce who would be the performers every night and these past few weeks, MC and Lassy were not among them.
PEP reached out to the social media page handler and it was said that in recent days, MC and Lassy were not on the list of performers. However, that handler clarified that they are just responsible for posting the list of performers sent to them.
Meanwhile, MC and Lassy are still active on their respective social media pages but, as of this writing, they, as well as Vice Ganda, haven’t spoken yet regarding this matter.
