Diana Zubiri wants to make sure about the products she endorses
Actress Diana Zubiri is careful about endorsing beauty clinics amid the issue that celebrity endorsers encountered just recently.
Diana has been in the entertainment industry for many years. In recent years, she has been semi-inactive in showbiz as she would just seldom do acting projects. This year, she returns to acting via the Kapuso series Mga Batang Riles which is set to premiere in January next year.
For many years, Diana has been living in Australia with her husband Andy Smith, and their three kids. She is currently in the Philippines for her new acting project.
Aside from her Kapuso series, based on the article in Abante, Diana Zubiri also has other acting projects. She also has endorsement projects.
One of the recent endorsement projects she has is the Cara Aesthetics, a beauty clinic located in Portico, Pasig City. Because of the recent issues regarding celebrity endorsers, Diana was asked if she did not hesitate to receive this endorsement offer.
To recall, celebrity entrepreneur Neri Miranda and comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto were dragged into the investment issue involving Dermacare. Neri was arrested for alleged syndicated estada and violation of the Securities Regulation Code. There was also a warrant of arrest against Rufa Mae and her lawyer confirmed this.
In Diana’s part, she really asked the owner of Cara Aesthetics if they were getting investors. The clinic clarified that its company does not work that way. Abante entertainment writer Jun Lalin that they also met the owner of the said clinic whose business was mainly in the construction industry.
Ms. Terrence Agtarap, the owner of the company said that they are the owners of Cara Aesthetics and endorsers have nothing to worry about.
Diana Zubiri also shared that she first used the products and services of the beauty clinic before she became an endorser.
