The residential property was turned over to Kuya Wil last week. He took the service offered by acrhitect Ed Calma in renovating the hotel’s 49th floor and penthouse. The popular game show host wants the tiles replaced and the ceiling adjusted to make it higher.
Based on the article, Willie Revillame wants to stay in the penthouse of the residential hotel and open the 49th floor for rental. The penthouse has its own helipad, too. The game show host needs it for his helicopter which he flies himself whenever he would visit his private resort in Puerto Galera and his new house in Tagaytay City.
The house of Willie in Tagaytay is also newly-bought by the popular game show host at a price of Php 200 million. He is the former owner of the luxury residential hotel in Tagaytay that is currently used for the filming of the TV series Lavender Fields — specifically as the house of the characters of Edu Manzano and Janine Gutierrez.
