Optimum Star Claudine Barretto teased her upcoming projects with A-list actor Piolo Pascual and soap opera queen Judy Ann Santos.
Claudine and Juday were among the most in-demand actresses in the early 2000s. Throughout their careers, they have done a lot of projects that proved their acting versatility and established their names as prominent actresses of their generation.
With their statuses in showbiz, rivalry was inevitable. However, they were able to put an end to the intrigues between them.
Just recently, Claudine Barretto was asked in an interview with ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe, about her rumored projects with Judy Ann Santos, as well as, with Pioo Pascual.
MJ asked for an update about the Claudine-Piolo reunion and the Claudine-Juday project if it will be happening. The Optimum Star said, “Yes!” She said that these are in the works already. However, Claudine could not say anything about these projects yet. On the other hand, she assured the fans that they would be able to give what they have requested.
Claudine and Piolo worked together in the hit 2004 film Milan. The romantic drama film was directed by Olivia M. Lamasan. In 2015, Claudine and Piolo were among the cast members of the movie Etiquette Of Mistresses.
Meanwhile, Claudine Barretto recently slammed a fake statement about her ex-boyfriend, the late Rico Yan. This was amid the people’s clamor about the late actor. To recall, netizens have been posting their photos or videos taken at Rico’s tomb. His family released a statement saying that they won’t do anything against that unless it could be bothersome for other people.
In a fake statement, it was alleged that Claudine was scolding the netizens who used Rico’s tomb as their content and earned from this. The Optimum Star stressed that it was “fake news.”
