Bangs Garcia Is Now A British Citizen

Former actress Bangs Garcia becomes a British citizen officially.

BANGS GARCIA – The former actress resides in the UK for many years now and finally, she is now a British citizen after a year of delay.

Valerie “Bangs” Garcia has started her show business career in 2004 and this was after she won a a talent search in Davao. Her name was derived from her role in a teen-oriented show in 2005. She became popular with her mysterious and funny role which made her earn the nickname “Bangs”.

In 2005, she became a part of ‘Daddy Di Do Du’ and in the same year, she bagged a role in teen-oriented TV show called ‘Let’s Go’, the show where she got her nickname. The other projects she had were  ‘Palos’, ‘Bulong’, and ‘Segunda Mano’.

She was Best Supporting Actress in the 2011 PASADO Awards for her role in the last film mentioned and was also awarded Best Actress in the PASADO Awards for her role in the psychological thriller ‘Lauriana’ in 2014.

Thirteen years later, Bangs married her Filipino-British Lloyd Birchmore. They got married thrice – a civil wedding, a private church wedding, and a beach wedding in 2017. They currently resides in the U.K. with their daughters Amelia and Isabella.

To recall, Bangs and Lloydi welcomed their second daughter in 2020.

As for the latest in her life, she is now officially a British citizen. This got delayed for a year but finally, she was able to pledge allegiance to King Charles III and the United Kingdom. She shared in her latest post, “Therefore, I’m officially a British citizen today.”

She finally got the time to do this and she happily shared this good news on her social media.
