This comment caught the attention of the actress and the store where she bought it.
In a reply, Jessy explained that this was authenticated by a sales associate before she brought it home. The serial number was also checked in the system of the brand and added, “No need to hate and spread negativity.”
Japan Luxe Direct also explained their side and shared that in Japan, shops has their own in-house professional authenticators and it is prohibited to sell fake ones there. If caught doing so, this will result in a close down of the shop.
