Joey King Stars In Taylor Swift’s ‘I Can See You’ Music Video

JOEY KING – Here’s Joey King’s reaction after starring in Taylor Swift’s “I Can See You” music video.

With the help of Taylor Lautner, Joey King, and Presley Cash, Taylor Swift reclaims her Speak Now album in the music video for “I Can See You (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault).”

Swift’s Speak Now (Taylor’s Version), which was released at midnight ET on July 7, features the song as its first official music video. During Swift’s first Eras Tour stop in Kansas City, Missouri, Swift, Lautner, King, and Cash went up the stage to debut the music video, which features King and Lautner fighting off ninjas and dodging lasers to get to Swift. Cash assisted with security from a stakeout van outside.

“I’ve been counting down for months and finally the ‘I Can See You’ video is out,” Taylor Swift said in the caption of an Instagram picture. She’s referring to re-recording and rereleasing all of her albums prior to 2019’s Lover after Scooter Braun acquired Big Machine Records and her catalog of master recordings. “I wrote this video treatment over a year ago and really wanted to play out symbolically how it’s felt for me to have the fans helping me reclaim my music” she says.

“I had my heart set on @joeyking, @taylorlautner and @helloimpresleycash starring in it. Joey and Presley had been in the video for ‘Mean’ when they were 9 and 13 and they are back and so ridiculously bad ass!! Taytay is INCREDIBLE in this (didn’t have a stunt double!)” the singer-songwriter said.

Joey King is in awe following her appearance in Taylor Swift’s “I Can See You” music video and joining the singer on the Kansas leg of her “Eras Tour.” The 23-year-old actress also shared a photo of her music video co-star Taylor Lautner with Swift on her Instagram account.

In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Was any of this real??? Did this actually happen? Taylor, you’ve been such a huge figure in my life since we met when I was 9 years old. I’ve known you longer than I haven’t, and I feel so lucky for it. You are truly the most magical person. I love you forever.”
