RICKY DAVAO – Award-winning veteran actor Ricky Davao revealed he is celebrating 1 year of happiness with his non-showbiz girlfriend.

Frederick Charles Caballes Davao a.k.a. Ricky Davao is a Filipino actor, tv director, and industrial management engineer. Long before he began acting, he began his career in show business as a dancer and a member of the Vicor Crowd.

Ricky said dancing was his first love. In the theater, he is well known for playing a fictionalized Bongbong Marcos in the 1980s production of Bongbong at Kris.

When Jackie Lou Blanco substituted for Snooky Serna on the former GMA Supershow, Ricky Davao’s relationship with Jackie began to blossom. When Snooky failed to show up, Blanco was called in to sing in place of Ricky. They were married in 1989 and were blessed with three children: Kenneth, Rikki Mae, and Arabella.

The 62-year-old actor recently revealed that he is celebrating one year of bliss with his non-showbiz lover. Ricky is living proof that love knows no age.

Ricky Davao made the surprising admission that he is “super in love” right now and dashing hopes for a reconciliation with his ex-wife, Jackie Lou Blanco during the press conference for his new movie, “Monday First Screening,” held at the EVM Convention Center this Monday, June 12, 2023.

The award-winning veteran actor openly discussed his romantic experience at the press conference. Ricky responded with gleeful “Yes!” in response to the question of whether he is still in love at his age. Despite the fact that his partner, Malca Darocca, is younger than he is, their age difference is not too significant. Ricky chose not to present Malca to the media during the “Monday First Screening” news conference. He preferred to keep their relationship personal to avoid intrigue.

Even his closest friends, including Michael de Mesa, Rez Cortez, and Tirso Cruz III, were shocked to discover his romantic relationship.

“It’s an open book naman. Kaya lang ako, I’m not very open about it. Ayoko naman magsinungaling. I’m very very outgoing person, but when it comes to myself, my family life, and my love life, siguro I share a bit. Even my closest friends, sina Tirso (Cruz III), sina Rez (Cortez), Michael (de Mesa), biglang nagugulat, ‘Ay, meron ka na pala!’ Parang need-to-know basis, hindi ko inaano (flaunt),” Ricky said.
