Andrea Brillantes once said that she would just want Ricci Rivero to be her “tropa”
The vlog that Kapamilya actress Andrea Brillantes shared 2 years ago resurfaced after the online community talked about her breakup with basketball player Ricci Rivero.
In the said vlog which was released on Abril 25, 2021, Andrea did a Jojowain o Totropahin game with her sister. One of the male celebrities who was mentioned was Ricci. Both Andrea and her sister answered “totroprahin” or they just want to be friends with the basketball player.
A netizen reposted this on Twitter, based on the article in Balita with the quote of Andrea’s statement, “Ay tropa. Kasi ‘di ba sabi nila… hindi ko pa naman po siya nakikilala personally pero kasi ‘di ba kapag basketball player, manloloko raw?.”
Several netizens agreed with this tweet. “Been there, done that bwuahahajshha never again sa basketball player bihhh” a netizen commented.
Ricci Rivero is now accused of cheating on Andrea Brillantes. Rumor has it that the third party in their breakup is beauty queen Leren Mae Bautista. However, in a screenshot of a conversation that a netizen shared, Leren was denying the accusations against her.
Aside from the said vlog, another video clip from Andrea’s vlog surfaced online. Apparently, this was the time when she answered questions about her and Ricci.
Based on the video clip that was posted on the Twitter page of Kapamilya Online World, Andrea was asked if she ever imagine being in a relationship with Riccie. The actress said that at first, this did not cross her mind.
She explained that it is because Ricci is older than her, he is a basketball player, and he is from La Salle. For the actress, these are all “red flags.” Andrea added that she came from a heartbreak at that time and so was being more careful to protect herself.
